List Your Event on the San Diego Tantra Connection Calendar!

  ON MAY 7, 2008, THE TRIKAS VOTED TO TEMPORARILY CHANGE POSTING REQUIREMENTS... (Changes in pink below!)

Please read all the information below before submitting your event!

1. A calendar listing is one row on the SDTC calendar (both online and in twice monthly emails), with a link to an online flyer for the event, and a link to the teacher of the event.  Please allow 3 working days for your event to appear on the calendar.  The listing will disappear once the event has started.

2. Free events will no longer be listed without charge.  All events will be listed for $10 per event, or $10 for 90 days (if the event is ongoing). This includes events posted by founders and trikas.  Changes after the event has been posted cost $10 each.  Please send money via PayPal to WilliamVV@cox.net, or send a check to:

3. To request a calendar listing, please provide below all the necessary information: Day, Date, Time, Name of Event, URL for event, and URL for teacher.  Anything left blank in the form will be blank in the listing.  (Although we can accept a link to a .pdf or .jpg file for the online calendars, only links to actual web pages are allowed for the email calendar.)

4.  For listing multiple events, please fill out form for each event!

5. We reserve the right to refuse a calendar listing if we believe that either the event or the teacher does not align with our mission of providing quality Tantra events in our community. Final decision will be made by the acting Webtrika, in consultation with friends of SDTC.

6. Web flyer page creation services are available.  PLEASE CALL 760-489-4061 WITH ANY QUESTIONS!

7.  An email version of the calendar is usually sent during the evening of the 2nd and 4th Tuesdays of each month.  Submission deadline for these mailings is the end of the day on Saturday before the mailing.
