To post to the Calendar, you will first need to create an account and log into it.
If you have trouble creating an account, give Mead a call at 415-251-0457

Once you have succesfully logged in, the window will change, indicating you are ready.
Go ahead and click on the Calendar link.

If you are properly logged in, you will see the Plus Sign at the top of the Calendar. Click it.
(If you don't see it, probably your account requires approval.)

Once you click the Plus Sign, you will get the following screen.
Please resist the temtation to put a long description in the Event Description area.
More than a few words will crowd the Calendar.
DO pay attention to the Category, Date and Time.

The Contact Details section is quite important.
Please place your name and phone number in the Contact Info field and your email address in the Email field.
URL is where you place the link to an information page on your website.
(Be sure to fully specify with http://www then double-check your link once you are done.)
Use Repeat Event for a multi-day event.
Then be sure to click the Add Event button. Voila!
